Our Rug Cleaning Process:

1. Inspection: We begin with a detailed inspection to assess the condition of  your rug, identify any stains and determine the best cleaning method.​

2. Dust and Debris Removal: Rugs are vacuumed and dusted to remove loose dirt and debris. This step helps prevent any surface dirt from embedding deeper into the rug during the washing process.

3. Pre-Treatment: Stains and high-traffic areas are pre-treated with special solutions to break down stubborn spots and marks. If needed specialised stain treatment is applied. This stain treatment is separate to carpet pre-spray cleaning solution that is applied in stage 2 of the cleaning process. Additional charges may apply for some stains.

4. Rotary Scrubber To Agitate: Depending on the type of rug, we will then use a Rotary Scrubber to agitate the cleaning solution through the fibres of the rug to help loosen dirt and debris that is deep in the carpet fibres. It also helps with removal of spots and stains on the carpet.

5. Steam Cleaning: Rug is then steam cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly. In this process our machine will rinse the carpet with hot water and at the same time it extracts all of the moisture, dirt and cleaning solution back up into the machine out of your rug.

6. Final Inspection: Once the rug has been cleaned we do our final inspection to ensure it meets our high standards.
